09. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Premium memberships, digital content access, paid community subscriptions, and processed advertisement packages are strictly **Non-Refundable** and cannot be canceled once active. In exceptional scenarios involving verified technical transaction errors or double-billing, queries must be submitted directly to our legal desk at [email protected] or via phone at +91 95223 76096 within 7 working days. All approved refunds will be credited within 7 business days, strictly managed and handled by One9 Digital Media or Gajendra Vishwakarma.
